Welcome to Wakefield Forest Elementary School, home of the Wolves! I have been a part of the Fairfax County Public Schools system since 2000, during which time I have been a classroom teacher, special education teacher, LEAD Fairfax Intern, assistant principal, acting principal and now principal. I have been fortunate to serve the Wakefield Forest Elementary School community since 2007.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from Nazareth College of Rochester in English Literature with a concentration in elementary and special education, a Master's Degree in Education Leadership and Administration from The George Washington University and a Fairfax County Public Schools Advanced Academic Endorsement.

Outside of school I enjoy reading, writing, kayaking, running and playing with my two daughters.
