The WFES 17th Annual Spelling Bee is coming soon!  This Spelling Bee is open to all students in grades 3rd through 6th.  It will be held in person after- school on February 13, 2024 and registration is due by December 8, 2023.  The WFES champion will go to the Fairfax County Spelling Bee in March 2024. 

Did you see that WFES is allowing grown-ups to join their kiddos for lunch again starting Monday, November 20? This was a really popular activity pre-COVID (and renovations!), and now it's back!

Students have unlimited access to online tutoring support services through Tutor.com at no cost to families. Students can connect online any time, any place, and in most K-12 subjects for however long they need. Tutoring may be on-demand or scheduled at a time convenient for the student and/or family.
