This will be my 26^th year of teaching Physical Education for Fairfax County Public Schools. I have taught at Wakefield Forest for 18 years. I have coached HS Girls’ Lacrosse for 18 years. I enjoy teaching Health and Physical Education. My goal is to engage our students in fun movement activities every class. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, being active outdoors, coaching lacrosse, and reading.
