My name is Amanda Gore and I am a Special Education Instructional Assistant.  I have worked at Wakefield Forest Elementary for 4 years in 3rd, 4th, and 6th grades.  I was born and raised in North Carolina and graduated from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) with a degree in Special Education.  I love being able to support students on their learning journey and watching them grow academically.  In my free time I enjoy watching sports, being outside, and traveling with my family.
